Pursuant to A.R.S. § 14-5651(A)(3), "on appointment a fiduciary who is serving as a guardian or conservator must provide [the following] written information to the ward or protected person and all persons entitled to notice pursuant to § 14-5309 or 14-5405 that the fiduciary is licensed by the supreme court and subject to regulation by the supreme court":

The regulations governing licensed fiduciaries and fiduciary entities are specified in the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 7-201: General Requirements and § 7-202: Fiduciaries. These administrative rules adopted by the Arizona Supreme Court include a Code of Conduct that all licensed fiduciaries are required to follow.
